A Brief History
Welcome to Harbor Cruises’ Los Angeles Whale Watch web site. We are delighted to inform you about our fun, informative, and exciting Blue and Gray Whale Watching Cruises.
The Southern California Coastline has more than just the Pacific Blue and Gray Whales. Frequently on our tours we spot Common and Bottlenose Dolphins, Porpoises, Sea Lions, Harbor Seals, Marine Birds, and other Whales.
Our 3 to 3 1/2 hour Blue Whale Watching Cruises are available typically starting mid May and run through October to observe the annual migration of the largest animal on the planet, The Blue Whales! Our whale watching cruises offer something different, appealing and enjoyable by all ages. Every trip is accompanied by an educator from the Aquarium of the Pacific to provide us with very informative and interesting facts about the marine life we find off our coast.
Typically from November to May we see gray whales, dolphins and other sea life.
